Boston Trolley Dogs first started in 1999, when we refurbished a 60 year old replica of a late 1800's horse drawn trolley car. It sat for over a year while we searched for the perfect food item to serve. After viewing a 1988 PBS special "A Hot Dog Program", Trolley Dogs was born. Similar to the PBS special, we offer popular hot dogs from across the country and serve them all on a toasted sub roll. We take pride in serving up Pearl hot dogs which are the best in size and quality !
